Perhaps one day you receive a postcard in your mailbox...so congrats! It is sent by me according to the address provided by one of your friends or family. However this "artist" is probably someone you have ever met.
This project is called "Leaves of words" which aims at bringing art and life together. I believe ART is nothing too high that no one or only certain scope of people can reach. By creating such a platform, everyone can enjoy art in their everyday life.
In this project, people learn to make their own ink with leaves around a designated area with hand tools such as a mortar. This special earth-tone ink is used for drawing and painting on the postcards. Participants can put down their blessings or new year wishes or even a secret message on the card and share it with the unknown receiver. But I think there is something more than words that has been spread by these postcards.
